Well... I once had nice things to say about Telstra... but after months of stuff ups, unreturned phone calls, bills for cancelled services, and an inability to perform the most basic of business operations.. well Telstra deserves another rant!

When things rapidly went wrong with my mobile, O2 seemed to be taking their time to make things right... at least a friendly representative from Digital City was there to help me sort out the mess and help fight the fight!
